Long COVID: Supporting Patient Care (2022)

Some people who have had COVID-19, whether they have needed hospitalization or not, continue to experience symptoms, including fatigue, respiratory, and neurological symptoms. These long-lasting symptoms have been named “Long COVID” and are being closely studied in Alberta, and around the world.
The CLPNA partners with Alberta Health Services in this video presentation that covers:
• Awareness and understanding of the condition and prevalence of Long COVID
• Patient experience with Long COVID
• Available resources to support healthcare practitioners and Long COVID patients/families
