In this video we installed the dowel pins, cylinder head with new MLS head gasket, camshafts, timing belt and rocker cover. Also measured the valve clearance and adjusted the timing.

Next time youll find it easier fitting the belt to bottom pulley first and working clockwise

Ciao ma quale è il problema di questo motore ? Se ti dire che cede il 4 pistone... Problema di temperatura gira magro? , per risolverlo senza cambiare i pistoni come si potrebbe fare? Grazie

Using colder thermostat and high octane fuel helps
Sorry man I have a question , I'm rebulding mine too , did you get a new oil pump housing , and do you know if they need replacing ?

Mine was in good condition. Didn't change it. If the housing has marks on it or the tolerances are out then it needs to be changed. Used an OE Opel manual to see how to measure the housing tolerances.
