I love the stories - and the music . - and the memories. Thanks so much, MMM. .
This one one of my all time favorite albums back in my early years. I recently have had the joy of rediscovering this favorite album. I listened to it so much I can still sing along with every song! That guitar on this video sounds tremendous!!
Always love to hear your music. From Nancy Ford in Pagosa. Hope to come hear you in Red River this summer.
This was so much fun to watch and listen to! Peaks, Valleys, Honky Tonks & Alleys was on my turntable quite frequently in 1979-80 and is still a favorite.
What a journey you have been on, Cowboy. Thank you for sharing your journey with us.....
Best wake up call Cansler ever got!
When this album first came out I was attending Baylor University and my folks were living in Colorado. Texas Morning captures the feelings I had driving back and forth between Waco and Colorado Springs in those days. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, cheap hotels, and those sweet West Texas DQ girls with wanderlust in their eyes.

Have always loved this guy's talent. 🙂👍 To write one song as good as.....that ONE, Gary Wright song, you know. And then to have Michael perform it.....wow. )
Looking forward to when you come back to Sellersvilles, PA and/or Jim Thorpe! Enjoying the Lone Cowboy Hour:)
Mmmmmmmmm. The best part of my evening❤️
Awesome as ever, and arguably more awesome than ever! Thank you for using your God-given talent, plus hard work and sacrifice, to make the lives of your true fans rich beyond words!!

Murph! Watching .......loving it! Jeff, from lake city
Favorite song from this album is Texas Morning! Hope to see you I NW Nevada soon Murph! ❤️
Murph, wish'n you'd write a biography and tell us your stories. One of the things that drew me to you as a fan many, many years back.... even before P, V, HT, and Alleys how you would talk about the songs and the experiences behind them. No one else really does that... here and there maybe but man, you've always given that to your audience and it has made you my favorite performer. The music has always been great but when you talk one on one with us the audience its like sitting around on the porch talking with a good friend. Love to hang out by a campfire with you some time just us with our guitars and pick a few. If we don't get to do that in this life well I guess we might get around to it in the next. God Bless! PS. it might be a cool idea to do one of these (almost) Lone Cowboy shows with Ryan and have you guys trade licks and a few tales... just sayin'
Sounding great tonight Murph!
Good to hear you again, Murph
“Live & Love like Wildfire” wise words
As suggested, I just watched this great movie again: “High Plains Drifter.” Interesting message. Watched it in light of current times. Why does this theme seem so familiar? For every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction..... Thanks Murph
This is great..love that you acknowledged some artists I'm so fond of: Sam Cooke, John Hartford & Michael Nesmith (huge fan of Nesmith's)!! You are one of the 1st concerts I attended..a talented singer, guitar player & songwriter, & a very pleasant entertainer.
Hi Martin, from Istanbul, TURKEY 🇹🇷🌺
I think you mentioned Spanish culture in the west .
I like the Spanish names.
