Tonight I'm sharing two specific performances, my Concert for National Western Stock Show's virtual event and then two excellent performances from my special guest and friend, Max Gomez.
Late in 2020 the National Western Stock Show asked me if I would do a concert to help in their fundraising for the future of the Stock Show's facilities and impact. I told Jim Salestrom I was honored and the show aired over the past two weeks during their virtual event (they had to cancel too because of Coronavirus).
Max Gomez and I have known each other for years and I think he's one of the best solo acoustic performers out there. Tonight he shares his version of "Cherokee Fiddle" and a song that he and I wrote, "Memory Mountain".
