It was my first marathon yesterday and I felt quite emotional watching this back. So many memories I will treasure forever. I was delighted with my time of 4:18:36 and look forward to chasing down sub 4.

Good luck - you've got this! I ran 2021 in about the same time as you. Took a few years to run a 2nd road marathon, finally did so in Manc 2024 and got sub-3:45. Buzzing! Manc was fun but London support is truly next level. Volunteering London 2024 & really looking forward to chatting to the runners while doing bags at the start.
So happy for that girl Jess at 19 years old, great run!

Ace footage of an epic day...chuffed to spot myself soon after 5km when the green wave joined you guys. Top work on the pacing and celebrating the atmosphere. What a day!
Love the vibes! One day I’ll be fast enough to join that bus 🙏 Well done Jess as well, that was amazing!

Great Video , Thanks Nick and great pacing!
What an awesome video. Loved doing the race yesterday and this video really captures what the atmosphere was like
Wow wow wow! Thanks for sharing the great experience! It was SO FUN to watch and 32 min went by super fast. I just added London marathon on my bucket list. Let's go Nick!
Great atmosphere. Congrats to all the runners. You're all so inspiring!
What an epic video, 5🌟 enjoyed that almost as much as running it for my first time on Sunday 🎉❤👏👏
wish for my first marathon (in 11 months from now) i would run next to someone so positive and strong as you!
Great video!!!! This gives me an idea of what I'll be running this April!!! So excited!
I enjoyed watching that more than I did running yesterday, 2:38 for me, pacing sub 3 looks more fun!
Love your videos, such an uplifting person. I did 3.53 so a bit behind you and found it hard to enjoy towards the end, but this video is a great memory of the amazing crowds. Love it.
I was an hour behind you but so special to relive it at your much faster (and very jolly) pace! Awesome. Thank you.
Great video Nick. I was spectating at mile 11 and shouted boom-shakalaka to you and you pointed back. That was a very cool moment I won't forget! 😂
Jess' determination was staggering!! So happy for her!! Best female Scotish U20 runner of all time!!

She's going places!! So determined!!
Thanks for capturing and sharing this Nick. I ran on Sunday, trying to soak up the experience, but a lot of the route passes by in a blur especially towards the end when it all gets a bit gnarly. Watching this is a great reminder of how much support there was out there. Fantastic stuff thank you.
Just saw this video. With someone who has just started his running journey, this video inspired me a lot. My ultimate aim in the next 2 years is to do a sub 3 and run at Boston. I currently run 10k in practice with 53 minutes my PR so far. Improving every day!! The best part about this video was how Nick and crew motivated everyone and kept them going, trying to keep the herd together so everyone can finish a sub 3. Kudos to you man!!!!

Great running guys! So much positive energy all the way through. My run fell apart around mile 19 when I kept getting cramp in my right hamstring. Kudos to you guys. 👍🏻💪🏻
Wow fantastic video Nick, really captured the magic of London on Sunday (I ran too) 🎉
Great video. It really captures the spirit of London, including bits I blocked out!
Thanks for this Nick, was great to see! My wife spotted you on course! Ran my first yesterday in 4:47:26 and even though it was a rough one, just want to kick on and do more.
Brilliant Video and well done Jess! 🎉
Amazing video, I ran it too and was chuffed with a sub 5. 😊
Wow you guys made it look like a lot of fun, the crowd is amazing
Awe inspiring race video! Glad to be in it twice and run alongside you for sections of the race. Until I couldn’t hold my pace. Top guy and what an amazing race!

Glad you loved it too mate and keep grinding, next time you'll stay in the pack all the way to the end!
Great video of the action Nick! What a party it was out there! I absolutely love London. The crowds were insane. I was out there too for my 8th London, but my first for 4 years and ran 3.14.30. I hope to be back next year and would love to be in that sub 3 hour group. It was great meeting you at the expo on Friday. I'm really looking forward to seeing you break 2.20 in Berlin!
Epic video and epic city. Well done London!!
Great running, and a great account of the day!
Heartrate at 135 with 14kmh. You are such a crazy beast. Props to all the ladies, who hold that pace.
After the Paris Marathon not going as well as I expected and feeling a bit down and confused as to what to do next and whether to keep racing, I so appreciate watching you not only displaying such joy of running but also out there supporting and encouraging other runners. I really enjoyed this blog! Thank you!
Brilliant times from all your gang to go sub 3hr. I'll always remember this one 2023 as it was my first ever marathon and I hit my target of sub 4 (3:51) - your video from last year was pretty helpful for me running this year to remember all the points/landmarks and tunnels etc so I knew what was coming! My favourite part was Tower Bridge when I got to Big Ben I was in too much pain then!!
Great video, great running , well done
When I saw your hr at 137....I could not stop laughing....mine is usually at 175 at that stage 😂

Pumped just watching this. Love Nick's enthusiasm, I think he would get the best out of anybody in that pack.
ACE to see 19yo Jess on there, especially as a 19yo about to run London in 2 weeks. Incredible job girl!
Legend! Well done great video
Congratulations & a massive well done to you & the team. Thank you so much for the dedication to those could not make it & those who didn't get a place. After 9 attempts ! Once again I have my fingers crossed 🤞 for 2024 in the ballot. I have even donated my fee for a second ballot 🤞 Congrats to jess aswell
This was a joy to watch! I spotted you at section that doubles back on the day and shouted at you haha My first ever marathon, what an incredible experience to make London my first!
Just back home having finished in 3:15:07… hope I see you next year or the year after or the year after… I’m coming for sub 3! Love your energy! Keep doing what you’re doing 👊🏃♂️🔥

The best London Marathon 2023 video. I would have loved to have been your pack when I was doing sub 3 's many years ago. Your love of the sport shines through and you must have run extra distance with your detours on the course 😂
Amazing, in awe of the fast runners. Did my first London Marathon on Sunday, thoroughly enjoyed it but slower than you guys.
Wow~~~ Amazing!!
I really enjoyed this video Nick. I ran the race myself on Sunday, and having your video highlights brings back great memories for me. I also love your exuberance but you must have run 45k with all your swooping around!
This looks like such a good day!

I found Sunday pretty tough my first London marathon . I’ve ran just over 30 marathons/ ultras , wish I could go faster like I was able 6 years ago . But having herniated discs and degenerative spine , just can no longer push myself too hard . Well done all brilliant run , crowds , organisers and volunteers
Congratulations nice run ❤❤❤
im running my second marathon next month!, got 3 hours 29 minutes last year, gonna try to get faster
Thanks for posting.. I was there too. Next year I want to cheer the runners on and trying to find a spot where it wasn't loud and needed some fans..maybe 25k mark?
Great footage of the marathon, entered the ballot again to chance my luck! In the mean time I’ll be running the 40th Authentic Athens marathon in November hopefully beating last years time of 2:59:20 and 161st position.
