Probably one of the most magical boxers I’ve ever watched. Even that loss to Lopez was Loma spending the first 6 rounds trying to figure out how to beat a much bigger and more powerful opponent. Loma is a small dude and he gives up so much height and reach to those at the 135 division

The same is being said about Brazilian Jiu Jitsu now, with expansion of BJJ and it’s subsequent popularity, the need to keep businesses afloat, pay the bills, keep people interested etc, a lot of instructors let mediocrity pass and now you have a watered down system. I train t a very old school place with old values and you better be prepared to have that white belt a couple years, but when we compete as a team at events we usually show up! I think what you said is a common theme in just about every facet of life where skill set and true mastery are trying to be achieved.

Finally really great professional translator. I am usually always mad with how they translate Loma or Usyk or other russian-speaking fighters but that guy is surprisingly on point all the time.

The guy wasn't man enough to take Kambosos offer to recover the belts after the fight, an opportunity real fighters would die for, but he got exposed as a Fraud and yes he beat Loma, but he beat the worst version of Loma I've ever seen. Teo cocky "I'm gonna finish it in 1" backfired plus it exposed the worst lie in all boxing. That his father is not a top trainer, the guy is not even an average dad. Game plan was non existent, delusions all night and if that performance convince you that he is a champion, well good for you, but to me boxing is finding out who has the best collection of skills to outplay the most opponents and Teo only has one skill. "Knockout power" his stamina sucks, as proven by Nakatani, Loma and Kambosos and that's why he is always on a rush to finish things early, his punch selection is mediocre at best just throwing the more damaging punch instead of creating traps... Why I do respect about Teo is that in the past he has shown ring IQ. But as for his personality he is the Bronnen of this generation and there is nothing more satisfying than when wake up to reality

Even if ,after the fact, they discovered something, it is obvious by how he was able to fight 12 rounds high pace in a world level fight that he was not seriously injured during. By definition of serious lung problems you cannot do even close to that. A person does not shout about how they won the fight when you were almost dying for 12 rounds, you do not blame promoters or organisations because you KNOW exactly why you lost, If , indeed, you were seriously injured.

That's what he said that "no on cares" after the fight, he was talking about himself also.

Loma wasn't himself in the Lopez fight. I believe he should have taken Lopez. Loma is the smarter fighter and a proven warrior. Lopez is so hyped on his Dad's influence it surprises him when he gets hit with a good shot. Anyways, I believe Loma is the better fighter overall and if there were ever a rematch, Loma would come out the victor.
