Lolly’s Creamery is a locally owned ice cream shop that’s known for using fresh ingredients. The building is so cute, and it has plenty of outdoor seating. Order at one window, and pick up at the next. I tried the classic cookies and cream in a waffle cone, and there were cookie chunks in every bite! It was scrumptious!!! Lolly’s Creamery has four locations - three in Virginia Beach and one in Norfolk. Stop in for a treat when you’re in the area.
