Yeah so he gave him his nickname when he went back but the real ob in the present already knew it. But loki in the past told him to build the machine thing and he first said no in the present but then did. I guess the explanation is probably time is weird

Love it how OB is just fascinated with the mechanics of time, not even bothered that his mind is being altered as he speaks because HIS TINELINE is being altered, just like "ah, I'm still here right?"😂😂

What’s crazy was he immediately picked up on knowing he was basically talking to Loki through memories

Loki is such a masterpiece of a series

Time Works differently in the TVA, the time travel rules that apply to branches aren’t the same in the TVA. When Loki was time slipping it created a closed loop and later when time slipping he could reset events entirely. Keep in mind, He Who Remains planned all this so it’s possible he’s just writing how time will work with the time slipping to get Loki where he is wants him to be (back at the end of time before he is killed)

That’s one thing I wondered about in back to the future

As The Doctor said "wibbly-wobbly-timey-whimey" In these cases, the time isn't exactly linear, but acts like one. Or just imagine a bunch of strings being lined up, side by side and bent into circular shape, or Ourobouros shape

Whats cool is that O.B is technically immortal meaning that if he is talking in the past the future him would remember becuase technically his talking to the same o.b which is what most time travel shows and movies don't a dress, becuase technically if u talk to your past self your future self wpuld remember but the past u would remember.

Loki was thrown back to the TVA but HWR had rigged his Tempad to go into the past, in a place that has no time. Loki temporal aura tried to pull him back to his proper place but without time he just ended up flung about like a yo-yo. That’s how HWR paved the road.

Back to the Future Time Travel if it was reality. Although it's not how time travel works, that's a great way to approach it.

The concept of the tva hurts to much to even think about

I like how they have this whole convoluted conversation in Endgame where Professor Hulk has to explain how changing the past doesn’t change the future and instead makes another timeline, but Loki can in fact change the future by going into the past inside the TVA.

This is what got me confused about the TVA, they act like they’re outside of time, but time isn’t just universal, it’s also personal, or your own perspective. Because of that, as long as something/someone’s experiencing something at a moment they are in time. An example of this is what happened with the “one that remained”. He planned out the rode not only in the sacred timeline, but also in Loki and Sylvie’s personal timelines. He knew they would find him and what they would say when they did.

The key to time travel is the perspective of god in that all moments are present in the present. Past future and present are a matter of perspective entirely

I love Loki and the characters at the TVA but I wish they would go more into depth with those characters instead of just having them be set dressing. Because the way they live is super interesting. They are outside of time. I really didn't represent it well as you know the story needs a timeline. But I want to see the perspective of ob how he's sees things. When Loki time slips does he create a different branch that murges into the TVA causing changes in the TVA. So ob has always had and also just now gets those memories
