Well think about it, OB wrote the book that inspired Victors younger self. When they met they asked for each others autograph, and OB said in that moment, it's the chicken and the egg conundrum, which came first. Do you dare kill the chicken that laid your egg, or smash the egg your chicken hatches from. 🤔🤨 It's not actually the same situation as a partnership.

@@CMKloser yea cause when loki was time slipping he met OB and when he met others they dont know him cause they were in the past and yes the same for OB but in the present when mobius was talking to OB he remembered that he had met loki in the past and others dont even know him until the TVA first captured him and because others dont remember him until that time then it means they were memory wiped but only OB remembers it seems and also he knew about he who remains when no one mentioned about him only ones to know about he who remains until loki showed his carvings in the wall in the meeting room were loki sylvie and ravonna

People worried about Victor Timely's fate, when I am worried about Kang's fate as a whole.

The variants we seen in the epilogue are from newly formed branches, it's showing that without meddling in time and timelines the variants are all starting off where they originally would have before all the TVA and loom stuff. Timely was either born in 1860s Chicago, or was brought there as an infant, creating a timeloop where there will always be a Kang variant that exists in the past, until someone decides there shouldn't be and gets rid of him before he becomes an inventor.

In the S1 finale, HWR says, “My variant was a 31st-century scientist who found the multiverse….that first variant found Alioth…I weaponized Alioth.” HWR never said he himself found Alioth or the multi-verse but his variant did. He and Renslayer just made Alioth into a weapon.

Nathaniel Richards time travels from the 31st century to 1800s and calls himself Victor Timely. Either Loki has stopped the loop or Victor timely eventually takes over and recreates the loom and becomes he who remains then wipes everyone's memory about him. That would mean the loop is still in place.

I like this because i believe Victor and OB may be working on a type of loom to replace Loki, but keeps the branched timelines alive. Trusts how we’ll get to see Loki again, off his throne

A quantum device to scale up to infinity would have to be larger than infinity itself. How Loki does it is scientifically impossible according to our current level of math and science. It will take an infinite iq brain for such a feat.

It only exists in maths but we still can never reach infinity in maths either. It’s a concept not a number. It’s a fact that our universe is expanding shows us that it is actually finite in nature. Even tho our universe us huge as if it is infinite but infinity is not possible to exist in this universe since everything is made of finite matter

​@@KryptonKrsome infinites are larger than other infinites, so they could build a loom that is infinitely larger than the amount of infinite timelines. The whole concept would be outside of human comprehension so they theoretically would not be able to design it, however, it is fiction so they don't really have to follow everything we do in reality.

I think the directors meant for him to just *revert to young self*, which is why that shot of young him is included. However this idea that he still works there makes more sense and is more wholesome. OB being upstairs because victor is watching repairs and advancements downstairs is enough proof for me.

But time doesn't work like this in MCU, the variant will exist along with the sacred version having a normal life.

The thought of Timely staying at the TVA makes sense, because remember he said he would make his own choices and not become HWR when Sylvie spared him.

Yeah, Victor is still in the TVA. He's helping OB with the 2nd edition TVA handbook. The young one in the end is a variant of him that never got the book

When OB and Timely met, they opened books for autographs and the first couple of pages Were Blank! Just like the book OB had at the end.

In other words, we will meet Victor Timely again…

I guess since they showed him as a kid without the TVA book he’s just living his life

I get the feeling that we didn't see Timely at the end because of the real world issues going on with his actor. But yeah, makes more sense that Timely works with OB, plus it just makes me happy for those two😊

The pages aren't blank. You can see a liiiiiiiiitle bit of print on the page as OB turns it. It's more like a "this page is left intentionally blank" page or a dedication or something like that.

I would like to feel like that he continued to work at the TVA and actually helped them track down his variants, got the debriefing he needed and understood that there are other variants out there of him and why they needed to be tracked down

Did you notice that at the end the moment Loki time slipped into the control room was the exact the moment the computer said welcome he who remains.

HWR could twist this to a place where Victor Timely hangs around the TVA, learns more, eventually escapes without being able to be followed to the 31st century where he starts his journey to becoming Kang and from there he creates everything that we know of Kang. Because it makes no sense that Victor Timely is a variant that is born in 1800s when it's been repeated that a variant of HWR originates from the 31st century.

I know you keep saying the pages are blank in the second edition, but I swear I keep seeing "something" near the center of the page as OB is opening the book.

Yeah, I don't think they're blank. Why would they have a box of blank books? They're going to individually write each guidebook by hand? That's stupid.

Kang making candles is symbolic for him pouring himself into the multiverse. Kang is always going to be around whether he wants to or not

I think the reality everyone was at during most of Loki got reset or reshuffled into the reality of the TVA at the end of Loki, where they protect the tree and watch out for kang variants. So Victor Timely is probably back to his original timeline, doing whatever he would’ve been doing if Loki and Morbius didn’t pull him away.

You mentioned they blank pages but if you open most hard cover books they first few pages only have writing on the front page and insert a blank pages after four filler even in small books like those.

I remember a few times they pointed out that he doesn't do partners. I can see a position at the TVA just not partners.

In the last episode of loki season 1 He explained that the first variant of him in the 30th century discovered the multiversus. So it's safe to say that variants timeline could come to pass. Currently in the timeline of phase 4 its still the 20th century so...🤷🤔

It's something I've been considering. Him offering Loki a partnership is meant to be an indicator that something is afoot, because like the original Victor Timely, He Who Remains doesn't do partnerships.

Good to talk About this series again. What a masterpiece. And as for Timely, I bet he went to search for Rhodey saying “Boooom looking for this?!” so he can listen to him over and over and over again. But in all honesty, I’m glad you pointed this question out, cause the finale was so cool and soo good, I never thought about it. Did they took care of him as the other variants. Or is he working with OB? Or what you said (which I don’t know what it is 😂 cause I’m typing this comment before watching the video, bet is at least one of those possibilities I mentioned and some others, we’ll see) Bye y’all

What if he who remains never killed any variants but banished them across different timelines and different points in time where his sole purpose of the tva and the citadels is to prevent his variants from getting out of those specific timeline and every time a variant such as loki creates a branch timeline the tva soldiers are sent there to prune it while he who remains maintains the actual time containing his more evil counterparts which probably explains the kang that we see in antman was banished there instead of a timeline because of his time machine time being something he who remains controls time 🤔

I'm not sure if I can explain this well. Basically he has to find a way for loki to learn time slipping (so HWR gets Renslayer to give Timely the book in 1868 so loki will meet him and have a reason to learn time slipping). This is so Loki can eventually go back to the point Sylvie is about to kill HWR and they can have a chat about how Loki will always lose and Sylvie has to die, because HWR wants Loki to save him... Ultimately Loki finds a way so this doesn't have to be the case. (I think)

"Future" (1880's) Victor Timely is at TVA working it with Oroboros; Mobius has an opportunity to "step back into" his kids lives, because Loki recruited him soon after he and the boys go running around or the Mobius version with the boys is another branch timeline and Mobius's original timeline is gone (similar to Sylvie's McDonald's timeline).

I don't think Timely is a sleeper. I think in an INFINITE multiverse, the same person wouldn't always occur at the same. It's no different then the coming 1602 What If episode with an alternate time Avengers. The MOST dangerous Kang varients are usually from the 31st Century variant. But there could be countless "too soon for his time" kang varients like Timely.

If you pause it at just the right time, it looks like there's a picture on the "blank page" in front of OB. I don't think they're blank, I think it was just the first couple of pages of a book that have very little written on them. Like a "To all my blah blah blah, without you my dreams wouldn't have been achieved" page

i thought that since young Timely didnt get the TVA handbook he never became the Timely that went to the TVA...

Or maybe Obi has been moved to another department like a maintenance or something while Victor is now the one in charge of the mailroom to hide his identity from other TVA employees. The shot was just him delivering the blank guide books to Victor.

I was just thinking if I was the one who remains and came up with a plan for someone to control time, then I would build in a way they would either lose it because and only because of me and I had a safe place outside the loom that the loom couldn't touch.

The tva are searching for Kang variants so I think he's more in a holding cell in the tva rather than working with them. Also I'd like to say I think Victor timely being on the sacred timeline wasn't planted. I believe he is the only variant that couldn't travel due to the technology of his time.

Hunting Kangs is stupid because not every version is evil & free will exists. The TVA would be doing the same thing they did to Sylvie to them.

I like to think the candle making Victor timely happens to look like kang in the same way in real life we have old portraits of people who happen to look like celebrities today (i.e. Keanu Reeves)

I think victor is acting as spy in kang council for tva. That could perfectly explain his absence in after period.

Assuming Victor spaghettifying was part of the loop to keep everything ok. I assumed what happened was, when Loki strayed away from this path - that this point of them being in the control room got erased. Do we know if Mobius etc are the exact same instances of the ones that were their at the Loki moment? Do they actually know what happened to loki fully? Were these people reset at all or joined back to a previous point in time but still retaining the memories of what they saw? There potential it was all just "tidied up" and there is no Victor in the TVA

With Renslayer’s fate still seemingly undecided, and Mobius’ ending being open-ended, can there be a Loki Season 3 with Loki perched as the god of stories? Or will the TVA storyline be expanded elsewhere?
