Loin of Venison with Sweet and Sour Peppers | Gordon Ramsay's The F Word Season 3

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

A rich, succulent dish, the loin is packed with protein and low in cholesterol, so is super healthy. the peppers add a real fragrance, and the thyme goes brilliantly with the venison.
The F Word's bold, modern and mischievous take on the world of food combines location VTs, kitchen actuality, celebrity interviews, stunts and recipe based challenges to give the format its trademark energy, pace and visual richness and create waves in the food world and beyond.

I feel like this wasn't shot by a cameraman, but rather we're just seeing this from the perspective of an erratic house fly watching Gordon talk to himself as he cooks.

You guys need to understand that Venison dries very easily. Olive oil allows it to have salt and pepper stick to it without drying it out.

yes but it does get really really tedious and some people are actually serious believe it or not; your comment has a slight hint of generalization in defense of many of the KZread zombies after the 8 billionth ''olivol'' comment, even a clown has to start questioning the diving IQ of most of teen humanity, come on

The meat doesn't absorb all of that oil, people. If he uses too little, the meat will stick to the pan, and the oil will burn. We've been taught to use less because *good* olive oil is expensive, but you'll find fine chefs using this much olive oil when they cook. Bunch of dumbasses saying a 16 michelin star chef doesn't know how to cook a steak.
