I repaired my own mouse referring your video. It helped a lot. Rather than buying a new mouse repair the old one, it will help to reduce e-waste and promote R mantra. (reduce, reuse, recycle)

Scroll jumping problem was bugging me for a while..I bought the mouse recently.. Maybe it got displaced somehow..I diassembled it and assembled it again..It now works fine..Thank you for the help..Keep up the good work.

thanks a lot my mouse wasn't able to track but click and scroll was working after disassembling I found that the sensor was loose after putting the sensor back into it's place my mouse was able to properly track again

I had taken this to 3 repair shops, all of them couldn't figure out how to open it, let alone repair it. Today i did it in less than half an hour. Thank you very much. Note: people might be struggling with removing the spring contact point, there is a plastic wedge near the end of the contact, in order to remove we need to push over it & pull. Thank you again.

Once disassembled, it is better to 1) wash the case with water and soap, 2) clean the board with isopropyl alcohol and a soft tootbrush, 3) clean the contacts in the switches and wheel encoder by pouring some good amount of contact cleaner and activate them repeatedly , 4) let dry for half a day day just to be sure

That is called micro-switch, you can buy that from any electronic component shop. that costs 0.25 paisa to rs. 1.00 max.

You have to slid-out the upper cover of the microswitch & then reassemble the inner spring metal. the upper cap seats on 2 locks both side. the inner spring plate might have 2 parts depending of the make of the switch. or you can buy the same type switch from local market with rs.5.00 each To replace them.

Lo desarme y y estaba el sensor suelto ahí conectado al cable pero suelto. Entonces lo puse en su lugar y empezona funcionar perfecto. Pera que no me pase otra vez, le puse silicona caliente

El sensor es la placa suelta que tiene un cable.
