Surprisingly it worked... I did not manage to do step 1:10 so i jumped straight to step 1:27, and worked fine - i lost the on/off switch for a few minutes of fear as it was sent flying so do be careful people!

Last year I bought this model with keyboard combo from amazon... the mouse stopped working. Over this last year I have run into 3 more at thrift stores and none of them worked. Is this common with this model M510? One of them, the spring battery contact was corroded from the previous battery, used some sandpaper and cleaned it off. I have 2 more that just don't work. Ok, I got the original one working with the combo. I think the connector that goes from the batteries to the PCB was loose. Thanks for the vid!!

If your mouse is turning on, you could first try changing the unifying receiver..

mine works i just dont know how to turn invisible optic on for it

The light on mines turns on tho

unifying app immediately goes to 'sorry, pairing failed' what could it be.

My m510 The cursor goes to the upper left when I turn the mouse on Tried air and alcohol cleaning sensor. Tested on windows 7 Windows 10 Same result. Any ideas I can try?

The connector at 0:59 could have detached..

I threw mine out So dumbs waste of money
