As now 2024 Logitech did not honour any warranty claim of me. I ordered 2 of Logitech F310 game controllers and one has a drifty stick. They sent me a long long list ofrequirements to fullfill before considering an replacement. I sent them my Amazon invoice which they rejected as receipt. How opportune just to refuse an Amazon invoice as receipt. They clearly push me around and will invent ever more cheap excuses.
That was 2016 .2020 they are horrible and do not stand behind their product . Will make you jump all kind of ridiculous hoops avoid them . Just take the time before you buy and act like you have a warranty claim and try to contact them a joke .

Logitech customer service is getting worse by the day. This is an excerpt from a long series of online chat and e-mails with them. I installed Windows 11 lately and never was able to activate the "Memory integrity" feature as 8 Logitech drivers are incompatible with it ! Here is their Non-answer : "Dear Patrick,Good day! We hope that this email finds you well. Regarding your concern with Windows11 and its "memory integrity" option, it would be best to seek further assistance from Microsoft since the concern happened ever since you have updated to Windows 11. We have also sent a possible troubleshooting or helpful information coming from Microsoft themselves." So, their reply is basically " "Dear patrick, we don't give a fuck about the issues you have with our software, ask Microsoft to change Windows 11 so it will fit with our shitty webcam's drivers !"

I agree horrible customer service, I’ve had my steering wheel broken for months and I am most definitely sure it’s a software problem and they still haven’t fixed it. 😒
