The obvious curiosity from fans about the set is: WHAT are the bonus tracks and special features? At minimum, sit down interview with the leads. And ideally, 'commentary' from them accompanying the pilot and one or two episodes. OMG, look how excited a certain "bryancreech1236" is with this Comment -- "I have it on DVD!!!" WHY would we care* -- unless he / she offers input on the quality (transfers' picture & sound), artwork and bonus tracks, special features (e.g., deleted scenes) plus Commentary. *unless we're relatives or closest of friends = 'save it' for Facebook

Totally agree, Heather was the highlight of my Saturday nights as a young teenager, She was smoking hot for sure! If only we could bring back to some of the great characteristics of the 1970's, no political correctness, no virtue signalling in movies as we have now. I simply love these old Sci Fi movies from this time period.

That 50% of the KZread Universe knew of the not-so-obscure fact the MGM movie "Logan's Run" spawned an MGM / CBS TV series what with a different cast, which is usually the circumstance with movie-to-series adaptations. " . . . that it featured actresses from 'The Sound of Music' movie" is surely known by 90% - 95% of "Logan's Run" viewers and sci fi fans. All that leaving 100% of the KZread Universe curious why a certain "stormthrush37" had "no idea" of the above AND 'put herself / himself out there' by stating so here -- and not on Facebook for friends, relatives, classmates, significant others, co-workers, etc. -- i.e., people who know you, know of you and therefore might care. @@multioptioned If your mindset can't separate the opposite ends of the quarter-century long acing career of popular, beloved, industry-favorite, attractive Heather Menzies -- underage girl in "The Sound of Music" and fully grown, heterosexual, ALL feminine woman in a variety of film and television roles PLUS her real life role as wife to ultra-manly actor Robert Urich, the TV star of considerable significance with over a dozen series' starring roles, and mother to their children, then that sounds dangerously close to a psychological shortcoming that he, Urich, or any of her other bed mates while an adult, REAL or fantasized by millions of impressionable males, borders on implying their intimate interests are those of sickening, disgusting, felonious pedophiles. She's attractive here and in later years in her career, when the script calls for it, can play 'hot" -- MOST definitely. Just like peaches-and-cream sweet Julie Andrews in "The Sound of Music" -- just ONE of her dozens and dozens of characterizations -- does not negate her film and TV director husband Blade Edwards from being fulfilled in every way with the physical/sexual joys offered by her in their decades-long marital relationship. Hmmm, "Just didn't feel right" . . . . . "Just doesn't sound right."

Hmmm?" With the apparent fixation [or 'senior moment' perhaps?] on the grownup performer who played Danny's ADORABLE younger daughter grew to be 'H O T' , at least in the 1970s and most of the '80s, how is he (or she) going to rate the older daughter "Terry"'s alter-ego Sherry Jackson whose sex appeal, mid 1960s to early '80s most would say was 'through the roof'? Aside from the "most beautiful" declaration where a make-up free Grace Kelly, luminous at 21, walks away with a '10', since the original Comment by one "47barolo" was clearly pertaining to 'sex appeal' (ed. - Angel Tompkins leading the charge circa 1970), Sherry Jackson rates a 10. Angela Cartwright, 8. Heather Menzies, 6 [but ranking higher in 'pretty' department]. [ed. - This Reply 'puts to rest' the '5,000' option for the zenith, hit-the-roof, drop-dead 'sexiest' category winner, reverting to the traditional 1 to 10 and 'hounds'' reliable.] A prime example of a fun, titillating Sherry Jackson at her hottest, figure-wise AND dialogue-wise, is her 1970 guest shot opposite star Christoper George in his series "The Immortal", the 'Sylvia' episode -- 'awaiting your approval' and here on KZread. [Unlike "Logan's Run," all episodes of "The Immortal" are available on KZread.] Until corrected, the curious, supportive, nostalgic KZread Universe will just have to 'wonder' or 'pass' on this Comment.

The wardrobe was much better for the women in the Logan's Run movie but had to be toned down for the television series. Didn't help the ratings and gave Jenny Agutter an unfair advantage over Heather Menzies. Both were stunning.
