As someone born and raised in South Florida now living in Houston, Logan’s preferences are really spot on or at least similar to mine. It took some time for me to get used to BBQ without barbecue sauce- now I appreciate a good ol brisket and giant smoked dino rib, but still nothing beats a well-sauced rack of ribs. 😅

Good choice. I went to Austin in 2012 for the inaugural USGP and this was the place we went to randomly. Really opened my eyes to what BBQ was all about.

This was awesome. Great content team Williams!

BBQ varies by region. It is outstandingly delicious and takes a long time to make. Congrats on the points and good luck in Mexico! Do a food video at every race.

La Barbecue has been my favorite spot in Austin since it was trailers and picnic tables at the lot. Best Brisket in my opinion. RIP LeAnn!
