Great video! I have the original small puzzle. I appreciate the craftsmanship of the original puzzle bag. I don’t know enough about the edge and haven’t seen one in person. Hopefully they will keep it high quality leather and design.

It is not a rumour now. They are discontinuing it. This was the push I needed to buy my puzzle bag that I wanted FOR SO LONG

Congratulations on your Loewe puzzle bag!!!

I have the small puzzle in sand and the mini in soft caramel. And to me, it looks wrong. And I’m sure that it’s to cut cost. I have never seen the original, original Loewe bag with the feet’s and wide strap. Would love to see and feel one. But in turned off by the edge. And I feel bad for the people buying the puzzle and not realising that’s it’s actually another design. If they didn’t spot it.

I have the protective metal bits on the bottom and even have this one metal hook on a lower corner, so I could adjust and move my straps around then wear the puzzle bag like a crossbody bag / backpack. I bought it in 2022, so I am shocked to see the changes. Makes me wonder if the value of my bag has gone up because it's discontinued?

It doesn’t faze me, it’s just lower quality at a higher price. I have my black one that I don’t even use. Great video as always. TFS 👜👜👜🩷💚🩵

I've not seen the edge in person, but I love the slouchy-ness of my original puzzle (mine is a medium). I also prefer the double stitching with that slight gap, I think it looks more premium. I'm wondering what this will do to the preloved market, because as yet I've not heard anyone say they prefer the edge over the original.

There's been at least three posts on my IG feed with the original Puzzle, which they're calling Classic, and there are now some on their European website. There are still more Edge than Classic, and the Edge seems to be cheaper (but the Classic has also risen in price since January).

Such a shame. I bought my small in a rush but I have it now. I was never so upset for a bag discontinuing. I really do not like the edge, not even a little. From the overlapping to the rounded (one)side and is not a matter of getting used to it. The traditional puzzle was a symmetrical bag made of asymmetric parts. The edge is just to asymmetric and for that reason will not stand the test of time. Human eye by default finds symmetry beautiful. In the other hand asymmetric might look cool for a time but is a short lived feeling. I still think they will bring the traditional puzzle again but in a more expensive and/or exclusive and/limited version.

Eh, sold my small puzzle when I heard this. If they are going to dilute their own brand, I have little hope of it holding its value if I use it further.

Not a fan of the edge at all. Why fix something that isn’t even broken?! I hate that the small version doesn’t have feet and d ring, hence why I haven’t bought one in that size yet! Super annoyed!

Even the original design of newer batch today is very stiff and plasticky feeling on the leather. I have mine from 2019, the best leather I have on bags I’ve own. Very disappointed 😔
