"What is true is what will last" that is tattoo worthy. What a beautiful off the cuff statement. This entire conversation has been extraordinary and I'm genuinely moved by the rawness and honesty. Loewe is my all time favorite brand ( my puzzle bag was my first "big girl" luxury purchase that I saved up all my money to buy, at a time when everyone my age was going for LV, MK, Coach and anything else with the band monogram repeated on leather.) and putting a face and personality behind the brand just makes me that more invested in my brand loyalty. Thank you for giving us this glimpse behind the curtain. With much gratitude and respect -Hillary Marek

"the dignity of human labour" wow this understanding is what we have lost in our hyper consumerist culture.

A lot of brands do what he mentioned he wants to do.. but sadly they get the kind of recognition these big brands get.. that being said.. still one of the best conversation with Tim.

Jonathan doesn't feel tired because lots of people work under him. Not saying they work more than him but his load is not heavy because of cooperation. That said he said there should be time to digest so he basically admitted (w/o explicitly saying coz bosses watch) that 12 collections a year really is too much. And i'm fine with that but yeah they said less is more. So a dozen collections with just a handful of pieces is ok, not gargantuan shows. Love how tim keeps talking about sustainability in these interviews. And that for the most part the interviewees agree on some level. Wish the villageing would commence en masse asap
