Lodha reputition for sub standard workmanship is well known. Wonder if this is an indirect marketing tactic! Everyone can be bought..
Mumbai is the only city in India which resembles international cities, but only some parts. Rest of indian cities look like overgrown villages.

@@raviniranjan5707 dubai gets flooded in rains when it even rains once in a blue moon. Mumbai only gets flooded during high tide and there's nothing that can be done about it.

Not hidden loopholes but clear cut fraud is where ever they built
Imagine a deck with no ventilation
Despite the fact of success or failure. It's a flagship project which highlights the capability of lodha builders. The challanges they faced and way the tackled to save this project from failure is a big thing in itself.
I guess the apartments were going to be designed by Armani

Also their Carpet area are less than what they advertise! The parking is narrow! Residents crash in the parking. No place for bike parking! Maintenance is run by Lodha themselves.. and its 1.25laks permonth! Not 50K

Abe Chutiye, Mumbai k aadhe towers Gujrati builders k hi hai lekin Gujrat Mai jhaat bhar ki acchi buildings hai except for a few under construction in GIFT city
