I have a Milwaukee M18 Grease gun, and can't imagine going back to a pump. Of course it is to be considered I was already heavily invested in Milwaukee M18 batteries and got a good deal on the kit.

You have to try the Dewalt 20 volt auto grease gun its awesome I tried the ryobi too its not bad either I just prefer Dewalt. I didnt even know they existed until about 1 year ago my company has alot of heavy machine equipment it makes greasing machines so much faster . Check them out brother . Milwaukee and rigid probably make them as well

I regularly use a grease gun at my work place. To get any tools, we have to go through the purchasing agent. I have specifically requested that he spend more money on a good grease gun. In short, I have yet to see a grease gun pass my scrutiny. Where they all fail is that grease gets past the follower piston in the tube and gets on the spring, fills the cavity behind so that when you change the cartridge, it comes out the rod hole in the end cap. In short, a BIG MESSY FAIL! I would like to know your long term assessment of your new Lock N Lube gun. Will it pass my scrutiny. My dad gave me a grease gun that was made in the forties. It has a leather seal on the follower. You load it by placing in a bucket of grease and pulling the plunger back as you follow it into the grease. Grease cartridges hadn't been developed in the forties. To this day, no grease gets past the follower........................ Thanks for sharing.
