@tjlind86 No, that's exactly what I am talking about! If you are ever "evacuated," the US government charges you, the individual, for the evacuation. Most citizens aren't aware of this. Google it!

​@@telluwide5553 This is only true if they're being evacuated under 'normal' circumstances. The same law that defines the charges says it doesn't happen, quote, "when their lives are endangered by war, civil unrest, or natural disaster." If there is one of the above situations, it's paid for by a special State Department emergency fund. Basically, any US citizen who isn't in the US can, at any time, go to a US Embassy and demand emergency evacuation, and the government will comply unless said citizen is doing something like trying to evade prosecution. If you just walk into the Embassy and request evac for no good reason, you're paying for it (they'll issue you a bill for what they paid getting you out). If the gov't has deemed an area unsafe and ordered an evacuation of its citizens (as is happening in Israel), the gov't pays.

They didnt even deploy troops to save the american hostages after october 7th… they built a dock for them instead. This ship holds around 1700 marines. You believe that the United States is going to invade lebanon with 1700 marines? I agree with the other guy, not the sharpest tool in the shed. Some of those marines might be sent to save American's and thank gawd but you have to be a special kind of dumb to see this story and think its a cover story for some invasion.

They are dependent entirely on American support. Support that is directly tied to human rights. Israel cannot survive with a conservative government.

There will be a conflict. Israel was waiting to take care of Gaza first. Once that is accomplished, they are going to turn their attention North. Unlike the Americans, Israelis are not afraid because it is about their survival.
