Nice video ma. I have a fabricated oven which I made myself it regulates your temperature automatically based on your set time, just the way the deck oven works, it comes with a timer which off the oven after the set time. For those who wishes for their ovens to operate automatically we can actually make that happen and we also make and sell locally fabricated ovens which is regulated automatically

Kudos ma. I also use the fabricated oven and it's been working fyn ever since I understood how to regulate and work with it. It's a three rack oven fabricated in plateau state.

This is so great. Thanks so much for this work. It is indeed a life saver. I have a problem with my fabricated oven. While baking bread in it, the underneath becomes burnt and it doesn't come out golden brown. Asides from this, the baking is fine. I used the upper rack and the power is generated from gas. Also, do I need to use steam while baking bread in my fabricated oven?

Hello Mary! Thanks for your kind compliment. You're welcome. Alright, it's either you need to reduce the baking temperature while baking in the middle rack or maybe try another baking pan to see if you would get a better result. Sounds more like a high oven temperature issue tho. I'm not very conversant with bread, haven't baked one before with it so I can't tell what works in this regard. You can ask people who bake tho if this is a thing or try it out with one meant for you and see if it makes any difference. Cheers!

Not quite sure as I don't bake bread. If you're looking to get one, you can ask the fabricators or let them know the purpose so they can fabricate accordingly.

Thanks for the tips ma.... I also want to ask.. The steaming can it be used for pastries too...and I just got my oven days ago and it's smokey and doesn't bring the blue flame... How do I go about it......... 😢

Please get someone to come check it for you or better still call the person you bought it from and lay this complaint. They would be able to advise or handle it better. It shouldn't be smokey.

Not very sure about this cause of the heat except you what to keep the heat low. Better still, you can confirm from the vendor before purchasing and let them know the exact purpose for use so they can advise.
