Favour, thank you! Your channel is absolutely heaven sent. I'm a Social worker from South Africa 🇿🇦. I've paid the scrutiny fee with SWE in July and awaiting feedback. I'm also registered with a recruitment agency, they'll be assisting with job sponsorship opportunities. To say I'm excited is an understatement! I'm praying that all goes well and I'm able to secure a job sponsorship before the end of the year. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for this vedio, please I am a student currently studying undergraduate in health and social care, I just realized this program is different from social work, but it's easy to study masters in Social work and other medical program with it, please can I get a job as a social work assistant after my uni. As I have lot of experience during my placement relating to social work.

For people without experience with local authorities on both placements what are they chances? Is it a must? 2A. Are these local authorities make having a car a must before employment? 2B. And do they accept Nigeria Drivers Licence

Hi, Yes. You can only practice social work when you have social work qualification and are registered with Social work governing body in the country you want to practice.

If you get a job with them, they should be able to sponsor you if the role qualifies you to be a skilled worker. But you can't get a social work job without social work qualification and registering with Social Work England

Hi, You need to register with Social Work England first. Or the social work governing body in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland if you don't reside in England. You start a higher chance if you have been practicing social work at least in the past 6 months. Otherwise, you need to get the experience first. I'm thinking of filming a video on registering with SWE with abroad qualification...

Yiu can't practice social work without qualification and registering woth social work England. You can get a job offer few months before to the end of your programme, but subject to completing your course and doing SWE registration. Prior to your registration, your employer may want you to start, but not as a social worker. Some will call it social care worker, support work, etc. You may be shadowing social workers, but not gonout on your own to see families and can't address yourself as a social worker. Congratulations on your admission offer and best of success in yoir programme when you resume xx
