She’s constantly digging her needle into the skin and lifting up the blackheads… And she does this like someone is after her…why dig and lift so damn fast and not completely cleaning the area? I can imagine how this person’s face will look like after the treatment. It’ll probably be all scarred up. Along with the holes and scarring from the acne, 😮😮😮

Imagine how much worse these poor peoples' faces will look if they get several "treatments"! There's the infection risk and the needless pain. 99% of these blackheads will come out with a good squeeze or two and not squeezing thoroughly ensures that the blackheads will be back in a week (which is probably the business plan). I wonder what causes these terrible cases? I know there's a big genetic component.

Whatever treatments given prior to extraction are amazing. They cause the pore contents to rise to the surface and a mere prick and the pore contents are lifted out…rather than using a blade to dig down, leaving a bloody mess & causing lasting scars. Using a small needle tip to remove the pore contents will not cause scarring! (An RN)

I dont know what they use in Vietnam, but Enilsa Brown uses glycolic Asid wash to soften the poor and bring the sebum to the top. Its an ongoing thing that the client has to do every day in between treatments. Usually, her clients skin clears up beautifully. And I have seen some pretty bad skin conditions .

IMO scarring is the least of the clients concerns. The young man needs to take antibiotics and/or Accutane. Yes, his pores are being extracted which is great, but what will prevent the sebum from forming again? Accutane...or, the client growing out of the raging hormone stage of his life.

Doing this procedure every once in a while does not cause scaring. Some types of pimples are under the skin. Getting rid of them all helps the skin to heal

Yes. Great video. I can only hope and pray from far away that this client can get the medication they need...Accutane would be best, since you only need to take it for 4 months. The pores would then never refill with all that sebum...

I have to say Loan Nguyen has always had good videos. There technicians are very well trained. And the make sure all pores are cleaned out. 😀

And why are we watching this upside down?! Back it up a bit and turn right side up we might be able to see what your doing should better. Makes me want to keep turning my tablet to right the picture!! I don't know why you people film things upside down!!

You would think the least they can do is to wipe off the gloves at least halfway through and wipe off the needle I can't stand it when it's full of blood and disgustingly dirty and they just go on to the next pimple

Dermatogists in Viernam are expensive and these clients can't afford one. Antibiotics are OTC over there. The recharge will suggest which one he needs.

The US has about 26 physicians per 10,000 people. Vietnam has about 11. Seeing a doctor for acne isn't possible for most.

Acne, even bad acne, is cosmetic. Son3v3n if they had the dermatologists, which you-know-what by now they don't, it's still expensive. The primary care physicians, or whatever they're called there, REFER patients to the spas for this. The techs are well trained and k ow what they're doing. These extractions don't leave scars. Any scars were done by the patient. Likely before treatment. In fact, in severe cases, techs have been known to do the treatments for free. People who enjoy these videos have learned a lot through them, Dr. Lee, and general research. I hope you consider finding out more. If only sonyou can enjoy the videos without thinking stuff is happening that really isn't happening. Have a great weekend!😁
