This poor man is a never ending fountain of huge blackheads and whiteheads. You really went to work and extracted quite a bit!!

This video is perfection! Amazing pops, great camera work, and - of course - Loan's excellent skills at blackhead removal!

Do you know what's amazing? Loan did that entire face, with literally hundreds of extractions and some of it on severe cystic acne, and managed to draw little to no blood? Yup, she's that good.

I think it depends on if the acne is inflamed or not. If there's a lot of inflammation and infection, it's gonna bleed no matter how gentle the esthetician is.

@@melbabowen4389 Acne has nothing to do with dirt. It has to do with dead skin blocking pores so the natural oils can't escape and collects. Instead of helping, excessive washing makes matters worse. ... So, bad advice. Instead, go to an esthetician, who will unblock pores and give you the proper things to wash with.

I will say, this is an excellent video. Those are literally like plugs and I'm sure probably painful. Not sure how long it would take for some of these to develop but I do know, if they were mines, there's no way possible that I wouldn't try to remove some of those myself. Loan, you really got every aspect of this one right. Great job! I hope your patient's skin is improved. after this session. Thanks for posting.

Me too, Gregg Marshall! My friend used my tablet to look up a boil/ cyst and how to extract them. Afterwards this showed up as something that was recommended, and I was hooked!!😁😁😁

So now, with a little more decorum - this one really had everything: really GOOD camera work; zoomed way in, kept in focus, pulled back periodically so we could get oriented as to place, and kept a steady hand 🤚!! The pops themselves were outstanding: pearls, threads, ribbons; big hard ones, big squishy ones, big ordinary ones (see the theme? BIG)!! And yes, ones with hairs, ones with a little blood, and of course GoG (gunk on glove), but that’s not a bad thing in my book. So all in all ... a little something for everyone!🥰

Loan always does an amazing job of extracting blackheads, whiteheads and cysts with minimal bleeding even in the most inflamed cases, yet there are still some who choose to point out that she has not quite emptied the pore. Those of you that complain about this have probably not realised that, although we can see the pore very clearly when the camera is zoomed in and so will be magnified by this. Loan does not have this magnification and she is also looking at it from a different angle therefore she might occasionally miss a pore that isn’t completely emptied, after all she is only human and as inclined as all of us are to make the occasional mistake. So before commenting on the odd mistake think about all of the help and consideration that she gives to all of her clients. 😊
