Hi, at 4:35 you show a yellow sharps disposal container and describe it as a blade remover. Could you please show or describe how it works- as I cannot work it out

He says Hospitals don't like to spend money on it but that's nonsense because if it costs the hospital $.46 cents, it's costs you $117 so I can't understand what he means by that.

Not using one for surgery but for crafts, but here again, another tool not designed for left handers.

I'm sorry... Who? Doesn't want to spend the extra money? Who's that again? I sure hate to be the bearer of bad news but hospitals don't pay for anything. Ever.
