Lo Man Kam Wing Chun - Gorden Lu and Edwin demonstrates the training on the tire dummy
That kind of training is very usefull for speed and power. I see tire training in Sifu Lo Man Kams school and in Sisuk DuncanLeungs school. Also I know other Yip Man students, who use this....Nice!!!

coach was so lazy in his demo that was not sure what to think, but judging by the tecnique and intensity of the young jedi and he is doing it right. congrats to the coach, for teaching it well, and for having such a student

You need to cut them and than you screw them on small wooden blocks on a wall or awooden plate
