Yes, absolutely. You can also use Legal Zoom or Rocket Lawyer. I prefer Law Depot though.

Hey I got a stupid question, as a single member llc do you still need to make a operating agreement ? and will this template work for a single member llc ?

Hey, thanks for the question! So, when you are ready to setup your LLC, you would file your articles of incorporations with your operating agreement at the same time.

Free template but you have to add a credit card 😂…. Well what he didn’t specify here. Is that you have to cancel within a month. No cancelation fee. So save into a cloud as a pdf and then cancel the membership asap.
