I registered my LLC in AZ. I had to fill out 1 page and pay $20. In IL, I had to fill out a binder of paperwork and pay close to $800, jajajajajaja. This was many years ago, so I'm not sure if it has changed, but yes, the differences from state to state are insane.

Hi...interested in launching a new LLC for real estate investment. What NAICS code can I utilize (besides the 1 for real estate)? I've learned that real estate seems to be 1 of the riskier types of businesses which receive either very low funding from banks or none at all.

Because the section dealt specifically with privacy concerns. Plus, I’ve seen home addresses being used a lot more than P.O. boxes.
