No talking, just walking. Exploring the Welsh Countryside. A nice gentle walk around Llangollen Town. Starting on the canal, we walk down onto the main road, past a cat that is content with life. We walk along the path before crossing the bridge across the river into the main town. Quite a busy little place, we explore around before walking along the river front. A lovely walk!

About Dave's Walks
Hi there, I‘m Dave! I've lived in the English Countryside all my life, and I love it! I enjoy walking, and couldn’t help but notice just how beautiful the UK can be away from the cities. I found myself inspired and decided to get some camera equipment and make some walking videos so I can share my walks of the beautiful countryside with everyone!
I will mainly focus on small towns, villages, picturesque landscapes, rolling hills and mountains, forests and canals, all along the coastlines in England, Scotland, Wales, and who knows maybe one day further afar!

I use the free version of Davinci Resolve 16 to do some really basic editing. Mainly making sure the sky isn't over exposed. It's from Camera straight to KZread. No cuts, no fancy business, no talking, just walking.

Just want to add one more thing the best part about your walks is there's no other people a lot of shape but no other people I get tired of looking at other people I like the scenery thank you

Hello Dave: I love your videos because it includes places that I wish I had visited. May I ask a favour? That you momentarily focus on direction signs and information boards so that I can freeze frame to read them. I follow your walks on the ordnance survey page on Bing maps. It add to my enjoyment. I focused and researched the corn mill that you passed which explained why the weir was at that position in the River Dee. Earlier you went past a deep cutting after you left the main A542. I researched that as well. It makes it much more interesing for me.

I will try and focus a little more on signs and things, sometimes I avoid them if I've already checked them and know them to be damaged, or if I know that the sun reflection and glare will make it impossible to read, glad you are enjoying the content John! 😊👍

I got just under 12 min. into the video before being confronted with 2 very LOUD ads. I nearly went thru the roof! I do not want another experience like that, so I'll just go on and watch other videos. Sorry, but these sponsors really need to tone down the volume of their ads! Perhaps "Dave's Walks" could supply a little pressure?

I wish I could supply pressure, but sadly I get no say in the ads, KZread tailers the ads individually to each viewer. Unfortunately the nature of my videos is very quiet and peaceful so the contrast is jarring. I am mindful of it though and I try and make my videos as volume appropriate as I can without it just becoming white noise.
