Original ThunderTank was a really nice piece of engineering and design. I just LOVED it as a kid and I still love it today. I ordered the Super7 one as I am ure it's going to be incredible!

My Super7 Thundertank is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, what an amazing nostalgia throwback this video is!

Still have my child hood thundertank and the treads are still perfect like its 1985✌️

I loved the vintage Thundertank as a kid. Wish I still had it but it was stolen along with all my MOTU, and other Thundercats Toys when I was a kid.

@@GeekDadLife No, didnt have the money as I got older to replace them. Collecting MOTU origins has been a great way for me to reclaim a part of what I lost in a way.

@@Charmander009 yea my parents smashed my window ransacked my room just to throw away my toys. It wasnt the only thing stolen i was just telling that part. NY in the 80s

Got 2 pre-ordered one through super 7 and the other on bbts. Really want to support the line hopefully it can go deep into the cast of characters on the cartoon. This thundercats line is a dream come true since I never got a chance to collect the line as a kid.

I have an original Tank and preordered the new one from Super7 and I’m so stoked!!!

I just found one in a secondhand shop with Lion-O for only $40!! Normally the owner way overprices everything in his store but he definitely slept on this one. It's missing the treads but I'm definitely buying some reproduction ones. I have a HUGE MOTU battle going on in my living room and this was the PERFECT addition!

I remember having the 2010 thundertank and while not as cool I loved it

Awesome vid, Jay. While I appreciate Super7 creating a Thundertank, it’s simply more than I can justify spending for what it is. The vintage tank is irreplaceable for its nostalgic charm, and my hope is that Mattel or another company will create something along the same quality and detail as say a Star Wars Vintage Collection vehicle to complement a new retail line of Thundercats figs. Something of an in between MOTU Origins and Super 7 would be my wish.

I didn't have the original but I did preorder the Super7 Thunder Tank. It looks amazing and I love my Snake Mountain so I'm sure this will be really good.

Love seeing a fellow NC collector! Sadly, my parents didn’t have a lot of money so I didn’t grow up owning vehicles or play sets. I think a lot of adult collectors are trying to either relive those fun moments or make up for those missed moments. I just hope Super7 rereleases the Wave One & 2 figures for another round of preorders. While it’s more expensive, I’m going to preorder through EE. It allows me more time to think about the purchase without missing out or having to risk a NRD/full price. Plus, I’ll probably keep it since I’ll also have more time to save up.

Great to talk to a fellow NC collector as well!! Totally get going with EE, that was going to be my first choice, but when I saw the shipping price my decision is in limbo, we’ll see what I land on!

My parents had a lot of money but still would not get anything more than the basic heman figures

I still own my oroginal tank from Glasslite (Brazil), with the rubber parts intact and working, but with a few scars from a child use that I recently fixed. A really great toy. The new one amazes me, but I still rather like the vintage a bit more because it looks more like a toy and not a realistic collector item.

They did, the new Super7 battletank is right outta every Thundercats fans dreams, that said I’m too poor to afford it 😞 but I’m sure even the artist Thundercat is getting one tho

i got my preorder in for the 2020 thundertank :D its more expensive than i was expecting, but screw it, it's the Thundercats thundertank! I was lucky enough to have practically the whole collection when i was a kid, I loved my LJN Thundertank, wish i still had it, i even the had the Thundercats Lair! yeeeeeah i have no choice with this one lolol
