Ji sir patient ka time b utna he qeemti hai jitna kay doctor ka. Laikin patient ko hud he is cheez ka nahi pata. Patient b wahin dakay khanay jata hai jahan usko 50 mareez nazar ayn or 6 ghantay wait karna parry. kion kay usko lagta hai kay yeh doctor acha hai kio kay us kay pass rush hai. Halankay donon batain he doctor ka poor character batati hain. aik tu us ki management poor hai or dosra us ko mareez kay time ki value nahi hai.

Good interview . Patient was totally confused couldn't express since facing kidney issue and he was not well aware how to change lifestyle . He was afraid of by doing necessary blood tests that's was he prolonged kidney issue . I think he has come in safe hands . There is only one thing to safe ckd by changing ur lifestyle maintaining blood pressure diabetes and eating habits than one can stop progression . Good efforts keep it up . Allah bless you .

You recognized very well. All our CKD patients, and all others, remain confused because no one tells them what to do. That is the point of these interviews. It is not patients' fault but healthcares's. Lifestyle is the way to manage all metabolic diseases but some patients need education as to what lifestyle means.

Because i meet 3 nephrologist and they all are saying IGA nephropathy is not treatable even you are in 2,3,4th stage ,we can treat it just to control BP.

Sir I am not sure what do they mean. May be they are talking about your CKD stage, not igA stage. A nephrologist can always do something regardless of your kidney disease stage. At early stages, we can slow down kidney disease for years. At late stages, the benefits are not as promising but still some treatment is better than no treatment. So if you have a good nephrologist he can still do a lot for your kidney disease.

Or dosra saal kay baad tu appointment bht late hai. Saal may preferably 3 or kam az kam 2 appointments tu honit chahiyn apnay nephrologist kay sath.

I want to share my health information with you. I was diabetic and high blood pressure and CKD patient but how did I reverse diabetes and control my blood pressure. My EGFR is 58 for the last 2 years. I live in USA. I am 68 years. I was diabetic for the last 32 years and I was taking insulin 56 units and Metformin 1000 mg in the morning 1000 mg at night. My blood pressure was SYS 170 / DIA 100. I reversed my diabetes and I don’t take any medicine. My blood pressure is very normal now 116/ 70 sometimes 124/ 72.
