Shout out to CNBC that actually makes these super fun Millennial Money episodes! I find it so interesting seeing how other people spend their money. I would like to make a more formal budget that helps me get rid of that anxious feeling whenever I log into my bank account-is this a follow up video you guys would be interested in?

Aw Monica, all I can think of when watching this is how upset you were a couple years back…I think you were sitting in your car crying about not having a clear passion/path you wanted to pursue in life. It’s so heartwarming to see you living so well after seeing you down and feeling so directionless just a few short years ago. Keep up the good work, girl. Also loved when you said “this pant”…lol idk why it made me lol. 😂 Also also, loved the puppy, this is the first I’ve seen the little one & hope to see some more of that little cutie. Ok sorry this is a little much, k bye. 😅

Impressive video. I started a bit late (graduated from my doctorate program at age 30 in 2014 with 170k in school loan debt). Managed to pay off my debt by 2019 and currently have a house and 250k total in investments (combo of profit share, 401k and a brokerage account). I'm not very knowledgeable in investing, so I just have my investing currently in index funds mainly Too but have been putting a lot into Schd the past few months. I don’t know if that's the optimal strategy, but psychologically it is very set it and forget it, and prevents me from obsessing over individual stock performance.

I work in finance and I’d definitely recommend still checking your reoccurring charges quarterly! Even if you report your card missing- some companies keep your cc information and although the card number itself changes, the account remains opened/the same so they are able to continue billing. I’d recommend calling your bank and requesting to turn off reoccurring charges which is an added measure to assure they are completely restricted from going in and billing your credit card! You can actually skip reporting the card missing and just stop reoccurring charges! A bonus is you won’t have to wait for a new card too!

I thought Monica just became a real estate agent 2 years ago but she said she has been making $500k for the last 4 years? I'm surprised she even makes $250k from real estate in only 2 years. With only 2 years of experience and no previous network she already shot up to be within the top 1% of real estate agents in the entire country. Something not adding up for me.

@@pamelabetances143 Seems inconsistent with the experience of other KZreadrs that have even more subs like Graham Stephen (said he barely got any leads at all for real estate from his youtube channel), or Erik Conover (had 2 million+ subs went into real estate, then quit because he wasn't making any money). I could believe $250k after establishing a real network of buyers over 10 years, but not only after 2 years. Otherwise, every youtuber with 1 million subs would be a real estate broker on the side if it were that easy.

In my opinion, it was much easier investing back in the 60s but it's a lot trickier now, those making consistent profit in these times are professionals reason I've been using an advisor for the past 5 years to consistently build my portfolio in preparations for retirement.

My CFA NATHAN TRAVIS COOK a renowned figure in his line of work. I recommend researching his credentials further. He has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market.

You can get his details on GOOGLE and send him a message. But remember you have to watch your spending for a while

Aww.. Please don't. Try to see it as an inspiration ❤️❤️❤️ it is not the norm, you can be successful with a 20k job a year. It all depends on how you define the term successful for yourself ❤️ success can also be to get out of bed and ready in the morning, depending on your situation in life. Try to see it as a life someone else is living and it's so cool that we all have different lifes. Your life is equal as important and equal as successful. Have a great day ❤️

Happy for you. You make in a month what I make in a year. I honestly wish I could take home $5k after taxes, so I dream for a 70k a year job. That's my goal for now. I won't be pay check to pay check anymore.

Is this video real? Like what are we doing? Hard to be empathetic for the most priviledged. Kudos to her for making this income, but def not feeling bad for her.
