Living Life as a Solo Parent | Routine | 10 months milestones
Before anything else, today’s vlog is just a compilation from different days, mainly just showing our normal and usual everyday routine. Of course, there are days where it gets a bit different but this is how ours work most days.
4-4:30am - baby wakes up
6 am - first short nap/ nurse to sleep (30 mins) (sometimes he skips this so he eats breakfast instead and naps at around 7am)
6:30-7am - wakes up
7:30 - breakfast
8:30-9:00am - bath time
9:30-10:00am - nap (1’30 hrs - 2hrs)
11:30-12:00pm - lunch
1:30-2:00pm - nap (30 mins- 1 hr)
4:00-4:30pm - early dinner
6:00pm - bedtime
My baby is finally 10 months and I would just like to list down the milestones he has achieved so far. It’s amazing how he has learned different movements as soon as I laid the playmat and his playpen-I mean it was like as if he was just waiting for me to let him be. No teaching and all, he just learned to crawl on his own, transition from crawling to sitting position and vice versa, etc. all in just a few DAYS literally! I bought the play pen quite late (baby was 9 months already) because I had troubles on how to rearrange my room plus I couldn’t babyproof the living room (where I originally wanted the playpen to be) because of the cat. Plus, he didn’t have a crib so movements such as pulling himself up was hard to practice. Anyway, so far here are his achievements that I’d like to jot down for memory purposes♥️
✨ Learned to crawl properly on 4s (though he started when he was around late 9 months)
✨ Pull himself up and stands up on his own
✨ More independent plays
✨ Understand how to play some toys
✨ Understand a few words (like books and balls,give)
✨ Open-close hands
✨ Screaming machine😂
✨ Bigger appetite and has improved pincer grasp
✨ Learned to push food out using the tongue
✨ Refuses the afternoon naps at 10 months 2 weeks old
✨ Been having a hard time getting him to sleep not sure if its the regression or what due to all this movement overload😂😂
✨ Currently still has 4 teeth plus 2 halfway out
Kinda sad that I didn’t get him a babyproof area earlier but nevertheless I am happy of these milestones and he is such an active baby. I dont know if I should be excited that he’s going to walk any time soon or be nervous because I can’t catch up with the energy of this 10 month old baby 😮‍💨
