I wish Sunrail ran on the weekends. It would be very helpful because there’s a lot of people trying to park for the festivals that is they had the choice to take the train then they wouldn’t be so much traffic and people trying to park.

Is there a better side of this town? I found a nice house that's a new construction rental but over on tiktok, ppl say Winter Park is close to downtown and the "hood" at the same time. Some Google articles say there is an uptick in unwanted behaviors there. Can you advise?

Winter Park and Windermere have the highest home values in central Florida.
I sometimes travel a lot, are there condominiums or luxury apartments that can take care of an apartment such as lobby you can pick up your mail in Winter Park. I’m not gone half a year or anything Thanks for any information.
