Would you rather live in walking distance to downtown or somewhere more secluded/private?
I’m just wondering why, at the end, you made a point of telling us you didn’t go to Black Mtn very often and then your husband made a face as he shook his head. Do you not like it there? If not, why not?

It feels kinda far and removed from us. Although it’s not- only 20 minutes from our house. It’s just one of those areas that’s never “on the way” and we end up not going there intentionally. And these days (with 2 small children) everything has to be more intentional. If something is not on the way of our errands, then it probably not going to happen. Just don’t have time for it. There’s really no major amenities in BM. Everything is in Asheville (mechanic, bigger grocery stores, lowes/home depot, target/ Walmart, hospital) Hope it makes sense. Absolutely nothing against BM!
