Why don't you compare costs in UK vs Canada, US, Australia. Using the Philippines as your only example is misleading.

Dont make me laugh it took me 7 month to get a doctors appointment. The health service is shocking and the social system unless your a dinghy sailor.

there's a reason why health services are suffering. i really want to avoid comparing countries, but if i look at the bigger picture, i'd rather live here than back home.
