I'd rent Airbnb for a few months then do a deal with the owner to reduce the rent by 50 percent for long term rental. He'd have a guaranteed income and without the hassle of void periods

Could you elaborate on what energy costs are like in Paraguay? If you own a Toyota Hilux, better to use diesel or gas? Is natural gas and propane common? Do fleet vehicles use natgas, or are natural gas conversions popular? How about natgas or propane as an electricity backup / fall over generator?

In fairness people living anywhere in America much less LA on 800 have many more social programs from utilities to groceries and benefit cards on goverment insurance My savings from these types of programs add up to approx 700 usd per month

A studio in Toronto, say in downtown is around 2500/3K/mo. Unfurnished. A room in a shared flat/house is 1200-1500!
