GIRLLL! Use your toilet! That's what you paid for. You can buy liners so the toilet stays clean or use trash bags. You're going to have a bathroom emergency one night.

I'm so glad you are starting to blend in with the other vehicles. When you were parking way off by yourself I thought that isn't too safe. Even when you say no one could park next to you because of some sort of barrier they could always walk up to the van. Safety in numbers!! Blending in is the best!!

True. I think there are a few things going on... We don’t take pride in being clean and in keeping our things nice and longlasting and we don’t see their sloppy state as having any reflection on us, like it used to be. We value being “busy” and that’s more important than being “clean.” And we figure we’re throwing it away/buying something new to replace it all in a little while so why spend years keeping it brand new when we’re going to have a new thing soon. There’s a lot of consumerism going on that really defeats maintenance. I also think people don’t know how to clean. The surface minimum can be done and straightening up but not real deep cleaning Alot if that is because we’re told we can spray and clean and with that one wipe, that’s “clean” so we don’t really know how to scrub and put real work into cleaning. Our clothes get thrown into the washer so that scrubs them for us, we spray down a bathroom and that wipe is supposed to be “clean,” and that spray (not us) is supposed to “get 99% of the germs,” we spray and wipe a kitchen/ not really scrubbing anything - including the floor - spray and wipe the other rooms... there’s no real cleaning. We’re told the cleaners are supposed to do all the scrubbing “so you don’t have to.” These homes are a reflection of marketing. It’s nice to see her clean and it’s inspirational. I’d love to be surrounded by people like her who value clean. Yes!

I use hotel parking lots as my number one place to sleep! They’re my favorite. The front desk people literally don’t pay attention to what’s going on. I call ahead ask if they have free parking. Then pretend to be a concerned patron and “inquire” about security 😂. I use their restroom a couple of times throughout the night. Definitely use their lobby like it’s my living room. And sometimes join them for morning breakfast. It’s literally never an issue.

That way you don't have to use the front and side window covers and it will look more like no one is in the van, while you're at hotels like this. I have always been comfortable with how clean & organized your home is. I am a little OCD or maybe a lot when it comes to organization, hate looking for stuff, want it to be where it's supposed to be at all times. Just a couple of tips, I use Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick, I use a Portable Charger Power Bank for my phone, they run around $20.00 & are easy to find. Since I live in a very rural, small town where it snows a lot I also keep an emergency charger in my purse. It's good for a one time charge & can be recycled by the manufacturer & they give you a reduced price on the next one when you recycle it. Probably part of being OCD with chronic health issues, I don't want to be caught somewhere without phone power. I look forward each day to your video's, they are a nice part of my day. Stay safe & to quote you back to you, you are loved & valued. You have become important to a lot of people.

Some healthy snack ideas: Triscuit crackers (available in many flavors) Plantain chips ( most grocery stores carry them) Handful of almonds, pistachios or cashews (without salt) Hummus & pita chips Carrot sticks etc., Always keep a water bottle or Gatorade etc., in the cup holder when you drive. Kind bar and Lara bar are great for quick snacking 🥰🥰

What would be dope is if you had a retractable wall behind your seat. Coming from the overhand to the floor. That way you wouldn’t have to put up the front window covers. Also you could use the wall to use a projector to watch movies if you wanted to. I haven’t seen anyone with that type of wall to separate the cab from the back. Also is it w way you could get a switch inside for your propane?

You r living the dream girl. Keeping on taking care of yourself doing your own thing. It's pretty tough out there finding places to hang out. Once they catch onto you they want to throw you out. I'm used to "Boondocking" as I did a lot of it as an over the road truck driver. Your van is easier to hide out in than my semi & 53 foot trailer was. I was going to suggest shacking out at truck stops & parking where the cars park, but lots of not so good people also tend to hang out there. I just lost my camper van. It was an older 89' Dodge Phoenix. I had to junk her because the frame rusted thru & it was no longer safe to drive. Missing her already.

a small Jackery type rechargeable battery pack would be a great addition to your van for all sorts of reasons, not just charging your phone. You can use electric appliances with them, I use my laptop on one and it works fine. Also have used a small blender and things like that. For everything you can use it for, it is worth the price as they can be rather pricey depending on what size. We don't live in a van anymore, but we still keep them on hand in case of a power outage.

Perhaps a trip to a thrift store might be nice for one fork and one plate. It could prove economical vs buying paper. You can wash them in the morning when you go to the gym or wherever. I would give you them but you would have to come to Sint Maarten in the Caribbean to pick them up.
