3rd actually but Manchas (the first to do it) came back after 3 months. But as long as they are happy and healthy and loved it’s all good ♥️ plus we still see them lol

How long before the framing and drywall and electrical starts?

I don't think they'll do drywall. They're concrete homes. The electrical is one of the last things before the cement plaster. The finish is usually smooth cement walls.

So how do they hang pictures on cinderblock cement walls. I thought those cinderblocks was the outside of the building and then on the inside they frame and then drywall but I guess it’s different there but thanks for the response.

Lol no framing and no drywall, well there two ways to finish the wall one is with fine sand mixed with cement it would be like stucco but much fines and another way is drywall mud but it comes li power like 80 lb bags and add water and then spread in on the wall, and as far as hanging picture s there is nails that will go in the concrete wall
