I've lived in corona my whole life, about 40yrs. Back in the day it was a nice, small quiet farm town. I mean you could see chickens and cows walking down 6th st. Now, its still pretty nice, but it's rundown: alot of Homelessness, stupid traffic, and still very expensive. But overall, yes, it's still a pretty good town but it's on its way to becoming Pomona very rapidly.

Very nice presentation, Jose. Hearing the way you present and not try to oversell will surely make your clients trust your judgement.

Thank you so much for that. Definitely not my intention to oversell anything. Just present the info so everyone can decide what they feel is best for them. Do you currently live in Corona or is this something you are looking into?

I feel like no one talks about how beautiful it is. So many hiking places and mountains and hills view. I love it. I live off, and Green River it's great. Just moved 1mo ago.

I was new home shopping in Corona off Main Street back in 1998. 5br/3bath 3,000 sq. ft. homes were $199k. Our mortgage limit was $150k. So we ended up a buying new home in Fontana. 5br/3bath 2268 sq. ft. for $150,990. Off Citrus & Jurupa. Ended up selling in 2001. Bought a 940 sq. ft home in Anaheim for $207k. I do miss the big homes.

Bigger homes are nice but they obviously require more work to maintain. Is that what took out out to Anaheim, downsizing?

I moved to Corona about 2 years ago from Anaheim. Me and my parents bought a house in Corona because Anaheim was out of our price range. I love Corona. I would say sixth st is the worst part of Corona and the drive to oc takes about 50-60 min at 8 am.

That drive to the OC can be rough along the 91 freeway but I do hear people tell me quite a bit how they love it in Corona.

Is Murrieta, Menifee, Sun City, Winchester, Temecula consider Inland Empire?

Unfortunately there really are no "official" for border lines for the Inland Empire. Where the south end of the Inland Empire ends is the great debate for a lot of people.

Good video. How long is the drive to Irvine? My wife is looking at a job there but we’re trying to find more bang for our dollar in housing.

@@rastabg23 pushing it but possible. Thanks. Any other areas more affordable than Irvine? To get a house even close to what we have now is like $1.6. That’s a bit much.

From my experience most people working in Irvine but looking for more affordable housing.. the IE is where they tend to go with Corona being the gateway city here from the OC. Feel free to give me a call though, I would be happy to see if we can help find a home that makes the most sense (financially & commute time) for you and your wife.
