NODA is not a planned entertainment/ food cort.... Nothing special. Just random houses with cooks a kitches in them and walls with paintings.... would have been better if it was a work, play, and planned development community... NODA looks depressing..... Atlantic station, Atlanta is the real deal....

You're referring to Optimist Hall, which is a gourmet food court. It's a great place to hang out, especially with friends and clients. It isn't like Atlantic Station in Atlanta at all. It's just an old mill building restructured to be a place with several food options. I definitely think they are both cool places to go to.
