Are you originally from Nevada? Calif life is totally insane. Relocates help the economy til greedy ca realtors choke us out. Corp are moving to Nevada. Which means more jobs, less taxes and a saner cost of living. We're dying here. 😢

Still expensive to live in Carson Valley. I like that area.
