Grand parents moved there in the early 70's from NY; 7 foot ceilings, 2 BR 1 bath they added a bathroom in the garage.

I love the driving scenes. So cool!

We're starting to build new homes in Pine Ridge. It does date back to the 1970's. Great area - big lots!

My boy Charles gives me the donuts that weren't bought at the end of the day from there . We both live within a few blocks of the plaza.

Will the new toll road continue next to Pine Ridge?

I just discovered Beverly Hills, and I am amazed by the inexpensive housing there! Does anyone know what homeowner’s insurance rates are doing in the area?

Lots of new construction in the area, which always makes your homeowner’s insurance low cost. That paired with builder incentives such as buying your interest rate down can make for an excellent option. Beverly Hills / Pine Ridge is far enough inland to not be affected by storm surge. Crystal River is having some issues, but Beverly Hills is fine. Pretty much just had a rainy night last night and rainy day today here.

😂 hit or miss. I’ve had some decent pizza just gotta get a small one and ask for it well done. Sometimes the chicken fingers can be decent too.
