  This is basically a retirement community ,,, we like it this way or we wouldn't live here. You turned the WRONG way out of Walmart. 15 minutes to Crystal River, great tourist restaurants and the Gulf. You want 'action', move to Detroit. By the way,,, the house you showed (but didn't sell) would be great for having horses, bike riding and acerage.

  A well water system uses a hole drilled into the ground to access water from an aquifer, or underground storage tank. The system then uses a pump to bring the water to the surface and into a home's plumbing.

  @@ryanfowlerFL I asked because the well water on Long Island was polluted from all the fertilizer and pesticides they used when it was mostly farmland for years and people had to buy expensive water filter systems. The other downside, power goes out, so does the water. Pro: no water bill. Maybe some invest in a generator. Great prices.

  Thanks for watching! Most of the time Citrus Springs homes are on city water but I have seen a couple on their own well water system.

  #1 Luxury? Really? $312K...Low builder grade at best. #2 & #3 A little better but still over priced for mid-builder grade. No HOA is a plus. Also, can we please stop calling it "luxury vinyl plank" and just vinyl plank?

  Those driveways were blocked off, sometimes they do that to keep it clean. Publix, Winn Dixie, Walmart, Target, restaurants, banks, everything you need nearby.

  My wife's from citrus but we live in polk County currently 😢, can't wait to move out of this rat infested place!!, used to drive through town in 3 to 5 minutes, now depending on time of day it could take 20 or more!, we hope that this doesn't happen to you guys in citrus!, we're currently house shopping in the oklawaha area.

  Will they ever make 491 from the new target all the way to 200 any better? And the trip down single lane 200 from 484 to 491 is insane! People either doing 35 or 75 in 45 any time of day, no passing anywhere safe and drivers are either disabled or drunk drugged or flat out low iq. Really hope they fix the connection before the toll road causes growth explosion. Growth will really excell if Republicans flee if elections dont go well.

  Nice house. Con: No pool. You would think a house with a yard like that would have a pool. Con #2 HOA. Pro: 2 levels, nice kitchen, lots of space. Nice neighborhood.

  Most of citrus springs are suburban streets with quarter acre lots. Houses beside and behind you. That one he showed is just the first one being built on that street. Trust me they will have neighbors soon enough. That neighborhood has exploded with new homes in the past few years.

  In this instance I know this builder either does rolled out vinyl flooring, or LVP. Since I saw that this flooring was separate planks, it has to be LVP.
