We are always living at the edge of the unknown, whether in ordinary experience, scientific knowledge or spiritual realization. In the realized condition, there is certainty that we know, but we also know that there is a great deal more we do not know. It is clear that we live on an island of knowing in a sea of mystery. We are at ease living with the mystery of reality, for it gives us the opportunity to discover greater ways of living freedom. We will talk and dialogue on the skillful means of utilizing the edge of unknowing to delve into the mystery, revealing greater and deeper knowledge. Our realization deepens and expands, without having to reach an end, for the edge of the unknown is the ever-lasting call for greater realization.
Hameed Ali (A. H. Almaas) was born in the Middle East, but at age 18 he moved to the USA to study at the University of California in Berkeley. Hameed was working on his Ph.D. in physics, where he was studying Einstein's theory of general relativity and nuclear physics, when he reached a turning point in his life and destiny that led him more and more into inquiring into the psychological and spiritual aspects of human nature. Hameed is the founder of the Diamond Approach ® - a spiritual teaching that utilizes a unique kind of inquiry into realization, where the practice is the expression of realization. This inquiry opens up the infinite creativity of our Being, transforming our lives into a runaway realization, moving from realization to further realization. Love these two. The Spiritual Dimension of the Enneagram was the book that really triggered my awakening, and it is full of Almaas's ideas (regarding the holy ideas, the different geometries of disconnection from essence, etc.) He is just brilliant. Now I'm reading The Jeweled Path so I'm emotional about these two haha

@NondualScience Through our direct existential experience the unknown can be known. We are born ignorant and innocent! Many tend to complicate the simple when we should simplify the complex and be able to explain it in understandable terms. Present-day society is class society and is still divided between two main economic classes: the 'haves' and the 'have-nots'. We would be foolhardy to ignore the class nature of society and its divisions into classes, cultures, races, etc. but primarily classes. We must not seek a false escape via esoteric New Age eloquence. Many suffer in the world and we must help change what we can for the better! There have been and are many Causes and Movements, yet Leonard Peltier is still caged like a dangerous animal under fascism! @PeltierHQ So life got on within us and without us. Hameed Almas Ali, should also talk about Islam in such a comparison. Then he will be available in only two pieces..😆😆😆😆 This is absolutely Cult. It is absolutely okay to criticize religions, or further try to develop any religion or tradions or try to explore their philosophy etc. However, all these great world religions ultimately talks about infinite God' love in order to transform all individuals into a loving human being. However, these dudes are neither talking about transformation of self through love and affection nor harmony or respect. Instead, their message indicate some kind a justification for rich & poor, dictatorship, war, exploitation etc.. Very scary...

He founded a " Unique kind of inquiry into realization ", really?? Ok, let's throw away Advaita Vendanta and Buddhism, they are out of fashion. Now Diamond Approach is the new thing LOL!
