For those of us who were emotionally physically and even sexually abused by our parents, never experienced a kind word or a real friend, these videos are a f*** life saver. I don’t think I’ve seen any of Lena’s family. Friends or relationship partner put her down, make rude backhanded comments, or engage in any toxic behavior. This is a foreign concept for so many of us but it’s inspiring to know that there are people like this out there. It’s also bittersweet because when I see how she’s able to just have a heartwarming chat with her mom without being belittled or insulted it makes me sad and wish I had that. But it’s also inspiring because it shows me that there are healthy people out there

Hey lena❤ first and foremost thing- lots of love from India❤. I am currently in my 20s and while I was scrolling down KZread i found your channel and the moment I saw it I was stuck. And from that day onwards I am listening to you every single day just like a daily ritual, and trust me when I am saying that I mean it. Today when I was doing work i continuously Heard your videos just like when I am listening to a podcast just like that and in a loop. So yeah I have few things to say 1. You inspire me in all ways. 2. You make me feel motivated to be more indulge with my life in a positive way. 3. You have made me feel all the feminine as well as self care duty to one self 4. I downloaded your playlist and every single day I blast it out while doing work. 5. I don't do cafes because where I live there is no such things except Starbucks that to its 3 hrs from my place and my parents don't allow me to travel such a distance on a daily basis but I have incorporated that cafe habit at my home in a particular area😊 and i am big coffee lover extreme one. 6. I am yet to start my workout routine but I am 100% determined to start it after so many procastinations. 7. You are "the best" I have ever came across and I am following your guide to a perfect yet healthy life ritualisticly. I have just one request if you see my comment I want to start a perfect daily journalling habit and I want to stick to it and honestly how to do it, so if you make one it would be highly helpful because as i said I am blindly following you because I want to, you have made me get over my slump era ❤.
