Living Alone in JAPAN | Toast Recipe | New furniture | TOKYO [VLOG]

Hi, I am Oliver. In this video is my daily life in Tokyo.
When you think of the rainy season in Japan, you think of hydrangeas.
I was also able to relax by looking at the hydrangeas.
Have a nice day.
Thank you.

Oliver…only you could put chopped veggie, fruit and cheese on a piece of bread, and make it look like a gourmet meal! And bravo with putting the new furniture together! If I would have seen all those screws and pieces in the bags, I would have run for the hills! 😊👍

Hi Oliver. I sometimes feel like a hamster running on a hamster wheel, going in circles but not getting anywhere. You had the right idea to get outside and enjoy the beauty of nature. That always helps me feel more grounded. I also tend to eat a lot of prepared foods when I’m feeling down because I don’t like having to wash dishes after I cook. Your toasts looked delicious. I’m going to try them soon. I hope your days feel brighter soon.

I struggle with assembling new furniture as well. But it does feel nice when you’re finished. The hydrangeas are beautiful, I love the blue and purple colors. Thanks for your video.

Thank you for showing us a piece of your daily life. Your house seems very nice and cozy. There is a lot of peace. The food you have shown looks delicious!! During the week I don't have much time to cook, but you make a great effort and prepare spectacular food. I would like to ask you how long it takes you to prepare this meal that you show in the video. Thank you! Greetings from Spain 😊

Hi Oliver, I had asked myself the same question before "what are we racing for time?" I think it could be due to we are living in modern cities, expectations from others to complete a task within time line and gradually, it has become a norm and turn into a habit. I live in Singapore and people here are racing for time and it is very pressuring to live here. Everything need to be fast and quick. People here are getting more and more impatient and bad temper. This is not good for mental health. I have thoughts of moving to slower pace countries like Thailand or Malaysia. Life over there is much more slower. When I first went to Ginza Tokyo, I was shocked to see so many people and I felt stressful at that moment . 😅 People are walking in very extreme fast pace especially when they are crossing the traffic lights. Have you been to Singapore before?
