Wow , I never knew Kai Lan can be kept in freezer ! Do I trim and wash before freezing ? BTW you can try Fragrance brand of precooked frozen ready meals . I always stock up when on sale . On busy/lazy days , I just pick what I want and pop it in the microwave or stove . Just cook rice and steam vegetables on top of rice . 🐈 Your cat very cute , look placid and good natured 😻

Thanks for your tips👍 I will look for Fragrance brand when i do my weekly marketing😃 Goldie got his temperamental moment towards me sometimes but i would try to stop him. Green vegetables can be frozen for keeping for longer periods. i would always wash and dry the excess water then keep in ziplock bags in the freezer.
