Could you also add some Tuyo to the Upo for flavor and sabaw? I think tuyo is just too salty when just fried. I do like the Galungoong Tinapa more. It's less salty.

I don’t know what the taste when you mox together the upo and tuyo😅 tuyo is more delicious when u dipped in vinegar. i like galungong too.

@Itgie I would think that if there's little water in the upon, when you add the fish, and the fish isn't soaking too long, I'd think it might taste okay. I'd think the galunggong would be better to add than tuyo.
