Glad you enjoyed! I'm definitely not a pro at making eggs but I guess I let them simmer for a good 1-2 minutes under the lid after adding water to not overcook them

I studied in a graphic design school in Japan! If you have a university degree, you'll be able to opportunities too, I believe!
